This week, 2L have been learning about the benefits of a ‘Listening walk’. We have listened to a story describing what one is and what sort of sounds we might hear. We learned how it can be a relaxing activity to take part in. Then today, we took part in our own walk. The children listened carefully as they walked and managed to hear a range of birds, the rustling leaves, an airplane in the sky and the steady hum of cars and machinery in the distance.
