2L made some healthy pizzas!

2L have been learning to plan, prepare and make their own healthy pizzas. First we used a food pyramid to choose a range of healthy toppings. Then we planned a pizza we would like. Next we learned safe cutting, chopping and grating techniques and prepared all our own toppings. Finally we mixed the dough, left it to prove, then kneaded and flattened it and spread and sprinkled on our favourite toppings.

They were delicious!
