4F at the Eversley Centre

4F have been loving their Eversley Centre gymnastics sessions. We have been benefitting from the excellent gymnastics equipment they have as well as their brilliant qualified coaches.

This week the children practised seat drops on the trampoline. They refined their straddle jump skills using a range of apparatus and showed some great upper body strength using the bars and ropes.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Eversley Centre staff. We look forward to our next session!
