What aspects of the natural world can we enjoy around us?

In RE this week we discussed what the natural world is and what we can enjoy from it. We also discussed the difference between natural and man-made objects.

Once we had finished our class discussion, we went on a nature walk to appreciate and enjoy the nature around us. The children enjoyed identifying the natural and man-made objects. It was wonderful looking out for different wildlife and discussing the different types of plants, flowers and trees. One child even had a ladybird land on her! The children found a tree with gummosis within the Forest School Area which they found very interesting and ‘cool’.
